“May as well haven taken my son to Great Clips. I took my teen son here, with an appointment made for a wash and cut with Jordan. They were busy when we arrived and had to wait then not sure if Jordan was the one who took my son in, where he couldn't be seen from the lobby, and cut his hair. He didn't wash his hair, which was dirty. My son said showed him a picture of the type of cut he was to get. Long on top but shaved around the ears and along the back bottom. My son came out, after only about 10 minutes with hair still behind the ears, long on top and trimmed in the back. I questioned my son why the hair is still long behind the ears and did he not try to shave? My son said no but he was happy that the hair was out of his eyes. I paid, though frustrated. We get home and there are long pieces still tucked behind his ears and now uneven. His hair now looks like a bad bowl cut. I feel my son wasn't listened to or taken seriously as a paying customer. He was just taken back and rushed through.”
