I had an excellent haircut; the barber was very professional. However, I have never seen such a dirty barbershop before. Hair was everywhere, and no one swept the floor. I had to search for clean spots to step on. All the tools were covered in hair from previous haircuts, and no one bothered to wash or disinfect them. It was completely unsanitary, yet they had a Hamilton inspection certificate. 🤯

ladiessss (& gents tell your wives) alicia is the absolute best nail tech i’ve ever been to! her customer service is amazing but the NAILS are top tier:) she takes her time and puts so much detail in to each set! highly recommend her, she is amazing!!!!

My first visit and they took me with no appointment which was much appreciated. I did a hot towel and straight edge shave. It was amazing and very professional. The shop is great, bright, clean and nice music to set the mood. The staff is very friendly and greeted with a smile. I recommend to come down and try this place out, u won’t be disappointed.

Very very happy with the haircut AJ gave me he took his time on my hair, super impressed how spot on he got my fade even with a slight language barrier. Best haircut I have ever gotten 30$ would come back at even 40$ all the best to RITZ and AJ!

Ritz is such a great place. Convenient location, lots of parking, and hours that work with anyone's schedule. There are multiple barbers, some braiders, and even nail techs. Walk-ins are welcome, but I prefer the easy online booking process.My boys go to Ash and he's amazing. Very nice, professional, and makes sure they're happy with their cuts. I highly recommend Ritz.

Ayham has been fantastic. I highly recommend him.I had small kid with me who would not like to get his haircut. In spite of it being challenging, he was patient & got it done .He is very detailed & did fantastic job with my haircut & trim as well

First time here and probably won't be my last. I was looking for a Barbershop last minute to get fresh before tomorrow for my birthday . Luckily I found this place. Open till 7:00 pm on a Tuesday.l.Got my short cut, lining, beard, and 0-fade done by Ash. Great personality and did an amazing job.One unique thing I noticed was their system on how the hair is quickly cleaned from the floor by their vacuums on the actual walls. Super cool and efficient.Place by appearance appears to be well maintained, clean, music playing, and couches around to wait patiently until your turn. All the barbers appeared to be very friendly, conversational, and working hard.I also met with the managers. Both were very nice and welcoming. Great energy in the atmosphere, the staff, and overall experience. Cost was about 70 dollars roughly. Not bad at all given the quality your getting, and the experience of being in such a great place.
